What work experience do you have?

 

I have been involved in the lubricants sector for more than 17 years, working in multiple Europeanmarkets, such as Bulgaria, Romania, Uzbekistan, and Germany. I started my career in lubricants at oneof the biggest lubricant distributors in Europe.

 

What do you believe Texaco has to offer customers?

 

The relationship between Texaco and its customers is not just that of supplier to customer, it is much more of a partnership. We focus on teamwork to achieve common goals, such as increased or additional business for our partners, reduction of their operational costs and extending the lifetime of their equipment.

 

Who do you most like to follow on social or listen to on a podcast?

 

I don’t think I have any favourites in particular, but I do enjoy staying up to date on industry and news trends and social media is a fantastic way to do so, as well as following interesting people and developments.

 

What piece of advice would you give to someone starting out in your industry?

 

There are three areas I think one should be focused on when starting out. It is important to be patient, but persistent. To always push yourself to keep learning, and finally, to be both adaptable and creative in your approach.

 

What did you want to be when you grew up?

 

As a child, I had always dreamt of becoming a pilot!
